No. The iPhone and Android apps are available if you prefer them, but you can also use Telegram, WhatsApp or the web app. Verification still uses Telegram or WhatsApp, followed by a required company profile — no password or SMS.

No. Your contact details stay private and are only shared after the Post owner accepts an Interest and creates a Match — not before.

Matching is free to use with zero platform commission. Transport is not free: agree the freight charge and payment directly with the matched business. Any future paid features will be explained before they take effect.

Directly between you and the matched party. Backhaul Connect doesn't process payment or sit in the middle of the transaction — you arrange it the same way you would over WhatsApp or a phone call.

Same idea — connecting an empty lorry with a nearby load — but searchable, and not limited to whichever groups or contacts you happen to already be in. Smart Auto Matching can also surface compatible jobs along a transporter's declared empty route, within the detour limit they set.

Backhaul Connect currently operates in West Malaysia, with early outreach focused on the Klang–Penang–JB corridor. People elsewhere can register country interest so we know where to expand next.

Backhaul Connect is for companies and registered business organisations. Both shippers and transporters must complete their company information, including their legal company name, before using the matching service. It stays private until a Match is confirmed.

Yes. Backhaul Connect is available on the App Store and Google Play. You can still use chat channels or the web app.

Yes — in-platform payment is on our roadmap. Today you settle directly with the matched party; when payment features are ready, we'll tell you clearly before anything goes live.

A backhaul or return load is cargo carried on a vehicle’s return journey after a delivery. Backhaul Connect helps businesses match these loads with empty lorry capacity in West Malaysia; matched parties agree transport and payment directly.

Share the pickup and delivery areas, date, cargo type, weight and vehicle requirements. Review suitable lorry listings or publish your load requirement. A suggestion is not a booking: the post owner must accept interest before contact details are shared.

Share your route, available date, vehicle type and spare capacity. Review loads along your route, including any timing differences or detours. Express interest in suitable cargo; after the cargo post owner accepts, agree the rate and operating terms directly.

Use recurring listings for regular work, or connect a supported Google Sheets workflow with listing-status updates. You still review opportunities and control acceptance; recurring listings do not automatically award jobs.
